あらすじ
巨大企業ヴォート社は能力を持つヒーローを200名以上抱える大企業であり、グッズやプロモーション活動を行い莫大な利益を得ている。
ヒーローたちの中でもトップクラスのスーパーヒーローの7人はザ・セブンと呼ばれ、絶大な人気と力で市民を危険から守っている。しかし、その実態は権力や私欲、名声に取り憑かれて、腐りきっていた。
スーパーヒーローの皮を被った外道集団セブンと、彼らを利用して巨大ビジネスを営む巨大企業ヴォート社、その闇を暴こうと果敢に挑む人間集団ザ・ボーイズの熾烈な攻防を描く。
The major corporation Vought has more than 200 superheroes with abilities and earns huge profits through merchandise and promotional activities. Among the heroes, the top seven superheroes are called "The Seven," and they protect citizens from danger with their immense popularity and power. However, the reality is that they are corrupt, obsessed with power, personal greed, and fame.
The film depicts the fierce battle between Seven, a group of outcasts in the skin of superheroes, and Vought, a large corporation that uses them to run a huge business, and The Boys, a group of humans who boldly take up the challenge of exposing their dark side.
つまり、簡単に言うと、市民を守っているスーパーヒーローたちが実はクズで、そんなスーパーヒーローに憎しみを抱く能力を持たない人間集団との闘いのお話。
Simply put, it is a story about a fight between superheroes and a group of humans who do not have the ability and hate such superheroes who are protecting the citizens but actually scum.
私の好きなキャラは、スーパーヒーロー集団「セブン」のリーダーである、ホームランダー。
その正体はスーパーマンの仮面を被ったサイコパス。しかもかなりキモい。でも圧倒的な存在感でキャラが立っている。
