Step1 問題の事実の明確化
問題を事実と事実以外に区別する。
例えば、問題を「今回のプレゼンは上手くいかなかった」とする。
何が事実なのか？何が仮定なのか？
・今までのプレゼンは上手くできていた。
・今回のプレゼンは上手くいかなかった。
事実ベースで結論に導く。
Step 1 Clarify the facts of the problem
Distinguish between facts and non-facts about the problem.
As an example, let's say the problem is "This time the presentation did not go well".
What is fact? What is an assumption?
The previous presentation went well.
This presentation did not go well.
Lead to a conclusion based on facts.
Step2 事実に対して疑問に持つ
・なぜプレゼンが上手くいかなかったのか？
・今まではなぜ上手くいっていたのか？
Step 2 Questioning the facts
Why did the presentation not go well?
Why has it worked so well so far?
Step3 疑問の深掘り
だから何？ (次何するの？) So What? で考え、本当に解決すべき課題を見つける。
なぜプレゼンの質が落ちているのか？
↓だから何？次何するの？
プレゼンの質が落ちる要素を考える。
↓だから何？要素って何？
理由は3つあると考えられる。
自分が納得できる課題を見つけ、アクションに繋がる。
Step3 Dig deeper into the questions
So what? (What are you going to do next?). Think with "So What?" and find the issues that really need to be resolved.
Why is the quality of the presentation declining?
↓ So What? What are you going to do next?
Think about the elements that are degrading the quality of the presentation.
↓ So What? What are the factors?
There are three possible reasons.
If you don't have an issue that you are satisfied with, you can't take action.
Step4 仮説立案
深掘りした課題から、問題解決に向けて仮説を立てる。
データ収集する事柄を限定化できる。
自分が立てた論理展開をブラッシュアップする。
Step 4 Formulate a hypothesis
Based on the issues that you have explored in depth, formulate a hypothesis to solve the problem.
Limit the data to be collected.
Brush up the logical development you have made.
