ChatGPTとは、高度な人工知能(AI)技術によって、人間のように自然な会話ができるチャットサービスである。まるで人と話すように、投げかけられた質問に答えたり、入力された文章を要約したりすることができる。
2022年11月に米国のオープンAI社が公開してから世界の利用者が2カ月で1億人を突破した。凄い勢いで広まっているツールである。
ChatGPTはインターネット上に存在する大量の文章をもとに学習し、ある単語の次にくる発生頻度の確率の高い単語を並べて、回答を作成している。
ChatGPTは基本的に無料で使うことができる。
無料プランより機能性が上の有料プランはChatGPT Plusといわれるもので、月額$20である。その特徴は、混み合っているときでもアクセス可能、応答する速度がより速い、新機能への早期アクセスである。
ChatGPTは2021年までのデータでできているため、現在のことを聞いても答えをもらえないケースがある。
LINEでも使用できて、「AIチャットくん」を友だちに追加するとChatGPTが使えるようになる。質問を投げかけるだけでChatGPTによる答えを返してくれる。
